5 Avocado Recipes To Boost Your Libido

Hey guys, if you’ve read the Ultimate Male Guide you know that one of the best libido-enhancing foods is avocado. I’ve received several emails from guys looking for ideas on how to prepare this delicious fruit. In this blog post, I’m going to give you guys 5 of my favorite avocado recipes to boost your libido, they’re easy to make and taste amazing. Best of all it’ll really boost your sex drive!

1. Avocado Crab Boats

Ingredients

12 oz. lump crab meat
1/3 c. Greek yogurt
1/2 red onion, minced
2 tbsp. Chopped chives
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
kosher salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar
2 avocados, halved and pitted

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together lump crab meat, yogurt, red onion, chives, lemon juice, and cayenne, and season with salt.
Scoop out avocados to create bowls, leaving a small border. Dice scooped out the avocado and fold it into the crab mixture.
Preheat broiler. Fill avocado bowls with crab mixture and top with cheddar. Broil until cheese is just melted, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.

2. Greek Avocado Toast

Ingredients

2 avocados, pits removed
1/2 a lemon
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
1/2 c. crumbled feta
1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1/2 c. chopped kalamata olives
1/4 c. chopped dill
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling (optional)

Directions

Remove avocado halves from the skin and place them in a medium bowl.
Immediately squeeze some lemon juice over the avocado. Season avocado with salt and pepper and mash with a fork.
Taste for seasoning, adding more lemon juice if desired.
Spread mashed avocado onto toast then top with feta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, and dill. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.

3. Avocado Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

2 avocados
Juice of 1 lemon
4 oz. cream cheese
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 c. frozen spinach, drained and chopped
1 c. canned artichoke hearts, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
kosher salt
crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Using a small food processor, combine avocados, lemon juice, cream cheese, and garlic. Purée until smooth.
Scoop the avocado mixture into a medium bowl and fold in spinach, artichoke, and parsley. Season with salt and red pepper flakes.
Garnish with more parsley and red pepper flakes and serve.

4. Greek Power Bowls

Ingredients

-For the Bowls

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. oregano
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 c. cooked quinoa or brown rice
1 c. halved cherry or grape tomatoes
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/2 c. halved kalamata olives
3/4 c. crumbled feta
Fresh dill, for garnish

-For the Dressing

2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. dried oregano
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

You’ll need a large skillet over medium-high heat and heat oil. Add chicken and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and no longer pink, 8 minutes per side. Set aside to let rest for 5 minutes, then thinly slice.
Assemble bowls: Place cooked quinoa or brown rice into the bowl and top with tomatoes, cucumber, sliced chicken, avocado, kalamata olives, feta, and dill.
Make the dressing: In a small bowl, combine red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and dried oregano, and season generously with salt and pepper. Slowly add olive oil, whisking to combine.
Drizzle with dressing and serve.

5. California Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

3/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices mozzarella
4 slices avocado
4 slices tomato
2 tbsp. sliced basil
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Directions

Whisk together balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, honey, oil, and Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Pour over chicken breasts and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 170ºF on an instant-read thermometer.
Top chicken with mozzarella, avocado, and tomato and cover grill to melt, 2 minutes.
